Every Trade Flow plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try it before paying. If you're not happy after you've been charged, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the payment date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or email us at support@tradeflow.com.au and we'll arrange it.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in Trade Flow. Cancel during your free trial and you won't be charged. Cancel after that and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your consumer rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded. See also Paddle's Refund Policy.
